Alright, so I got to Pro Rank with this deck. It's a deck made specifically to counter all the other decks in the Meta right now.

The heart of the deck are Cahir, Letho and the leader ability.

Cahir isn't meant to be an engine. A lot of decks in the current meta (Isgnerim, Skellige Dagur/Gedy, Ozzrel, Uprising, Syndicate spenders among others) use a boost based turn around in the last 2-3 plays of Round 3. Cahir is played specifically to counter that. Of course it depends, but that's the main idea.

Letho isn't a greed play here. When you play Ffion, he's going to get answered. No question. Letho (7 point removal required) is an additional protection fl in this case, to protect Stefan or Damien as you see fit. Or Cahir, against Mystic Echo decks.

Letho can also play greedy if your opponent can't answer Ffion at the first go. But they will.

Now Enslave - Don't enslave defenders except if your opponent is Nilfgaard. There's a purify run specifically to counter that. You enslave the Opponents card which can screw up your counters to them (Malena, Gremist)

Helge is the main control option for round 1. Know your opponents poisons, and use the purify option in case you need to.

Peter Saar plays as a worse Baron in case you need to.

Only Decree is used as a consistency card, cause you don't need all your golds. And you can Enslave your opponents golds.

Steffan is better used for treason, and not bribery, but it depends. Double treason plays insane removal against swarm decks and cuts down the amount of bodies they have on the field.

Ironically, this deck struggles against Lippy and double ball. You can tech out to include Lacerate or Korathi as you deem fit. In that case, you can add Triss Telekinesis as well.

Happy Gwenting !
