When you have finally gone mad, you start looking at a card like Inspirational Ballad and think "You know what? I should make a deck with this".
And this deck kinda works. Probably not because of Inspirational Ballad but who gives a damn. This is mostly a Sabbath Fleder deck with a twist.
Now let's look at the Inspirational Ballad card again and read what it says. It's the meme card of this deck, and it's the trickiest card. The card actually plays for 24 for 5 provision, which is insane. But it takes 6 turns to get its full value, so you have to play pretty dang fast to get any value out of it.
So you need a Witcher, Dwarf, Human, and Vampire card that are easy to play early in a round. So cards like Geralt or Lambert or Regis are all not recommended. So that's why Aard is in this deck. It's a witcher you don't feel bad playing early in round 1, it plays for 10 point tempo, and it sometimes turns off melee row engine. You could also play Ciri if you like that card.
Iron Falcon Troubadour is our dwarf who will also spawn a human. You either use Betsy to replay the spawned human card, or just jam Inspirational Ballad on it. Again, you don't have much time, and you have to play Ballad fast.
Also, this is important: Do not meme too hard with Ballad. If you are missing a tag or two, that's fine, just play it. It's still 12 or 18 points for 5 provision which is more than enough. It's usually better to not greed with this card. It's not worth the effort.
The actual main strategy of this deck is to Fleder spam. You want to have more than 1 Fleder in your graveyard, play Unseen Elder or Vereena, and bring them back with Sabbath in round 3.
Operator targets either Fleder or Knife Juggler.
Caranvan Vanguard is to bring out Highwaymen in 1 turn and it's a good Betsy target.
Undying Thirst is amazing with Fleder and Vereena on board.
Queen of the Night and Feast of Blood are your purify and Bleed.
Lacerate is for Seagulls.
Crimson Curse is just a good card.
And Whispess Tribute and Royal Decree are your tutors.
Other Considerations:
1. Plumard. It's a vampire with bonded tag. So it should be good in a vampire deck that runs bonded cards, right? Well, unfortunately, Plumard bricks Sabbath. Tbf, Plumard's bonded ability was amazing with Fleder. I once did Plumard finisher on my opponent's Morvudd, and it was the most glorious thing I have ever witnessed. But adding more MO cards that have 4+ power means Sabbath gets more and more unreliable, and you have fewer cards to play in R1. So Plumard was cut from the deck.
2. Protofleder. This deck runs non-Devotion Elder twice + Undying Thirst. You always have bleed and Protofleder actually plays for ridiculous amount of points, especially if you also run Plumards. But the card is just so damn expensive. Maybe replace it with Crimson Curse? That might work.
3. Cave Troll is yet another card that can replace Crimson Curse. You can setup your Sabbath to play Defender, Unseen Elder, and Fleder. If you are a greedy engine player, then this is a good option.
4. Cosimo between Highwaymen is an amazing combo. However, Cosimo will almost always brick Sabbath and therefore not recommended at all.
5. Regis: Reborn. I really want to include this card in this deck but ran out of provision.
