The whole point of a swarm deck is to go wide, and avoid tall punish, so I got rid of fallen knights and Ulrich and put in bone Tali and truss, which is usually worth the same points and not as risky.
Round 1 use desciples, scribes and your bronzes to win, don't be scared to use Von herst or sacred flame to win.
Round 2 you will usually dry pass into long round unless against schirru, in which case is more worthwhile bleeding schirru out or you will lose the game
Round 3 regardless of short or long round, helveed will win you this, put azar down an a Von herst (if you still have him) and a scribe behind azar, then helveed on the other row, then blast with dies irea and bone talis
If you want Jacques you can downgrade heaver into another priest and swap geralt out, but I find usually you don't need a spender, and non Devo Jacques only plays as 12 for 12, and there are plenty greedy decks and vysogota on ladder and in pro ladder, which geralt punishes hard, or you can upgrade a priest and put in a heatwave instead of geralt, it's up to what you prefer
