I had a lot of success with this swarm Overwhelming Hunger version that runs Plague Maiden, and a boost package of Yennefer, Bone Talisman and Morvudd.

Round 1 with Larva, 2x thinning package, Hapries is usually enough, but you can commit Carantir there sometimes.

Round 2 depends on opponent: you can't just consume maiden vs SK (Hemdall) but it is safe since warriors don't have Heatwave so you can greed it; ST is opposite, they usually lack row punish, but run heatwave.

Round 3 is usually either Dettlaff, or you just 2-0 :)
