Tutors, Shooters, and Looters

-------------------------------

The whole goal of this deck is to make as many Alba Pikemen as you can in both Round 1 and 3.

If you can save Leader Ability, Idarran, and Ffion for Round 3. Depending on your opponent, you can sometimes steal a Defender, so keeping Idarran and Leader is the highest priority. Make sure you place Defender and Idarran on the Melee Row, since your goal is to be able to create a bunch of row-locked Pikeman to do 4-6 pings every turn.

Use Assire to toss Ramon or Vigo back into the deck for Round 3. Braathens is best used in Round 1, because otherwise Idarran just creates a lot of 1-pt Informants all over your rows. Actual Informants are fine, because Idarran copies the *first* unit spawned, and that will be whatever you are copying.

Matta is there to tutor Oneiromancy, which you might need if you don't draw Operator, which obviously should be used on Pikemen and only Pikemen, so that Informants, Vigo, and Braathens can make more and more copies. Don't worry about protecting your Pikemen on Round 1, because if all goes well, you should be able to produce them faster than your opponent can neutralize them. Remember that Pikemen are Bonded now, so as long as the other is still on the board, the one on Melee can still shoot at both rows. And don't forget that dropping a Samun on a dying back row unit can move Pikemen back to the front row!

The various Purify cards are there to get rid of any unwelcome Defender that might impede your ability to duplicate things.

BIGGEST WEAKNESS: Getting both an Operator and a Pikemen in your hand Round 1, is crucial. Fortunately, there are many tutors of varying efficacy. With the upgrade to Cursed Scroll, you may be able to drop the Vicovaro Novice for another Samun, or drop the Novice and Assire for another Diviner and a Puffball or a Decoy and Experimental Remedy.
