Clumsy and cumbersome, not even optimized. Shieet, how dare I post this monstrosity :).
Some advices for folks facing Sihil.
Even if people get the big ass numbers on it, games tend to be close due how often you'd been relying on bronzes. Sometime spells, or low powered units. Don't give up early. Unlike many other non-interactive debauchery, you can play around it and it takes time to build it. Don't get discouraged if your units die a lot and you can't keep a board.
Goal of deck is to make Sihil big. By killing (getting a deathblow) stuff with it and playing bronzes along the way, it gets +1 power (starts with 1). That's the reason Patricidal Fury leader is used - it makes three 1/1's on enemies side, so your Sihil starts growing.
I've put a shit ton of tutors and barely using any of the new cards. Magic compass was the addition to offset problems if Sihil does't get going. Meaning if you didn't make it big, you mulligan it and eventually discarding with Compass (probably R3). You can also keep it in hand as a discard target for Kambi if you take that legendary from Compass. Hey, its not much, but least it have some alternatives instead of just being 1 for 12 :).
The tutors 1st - get you Sihil if it wasn't in hand. Oneiromancy, Matta, Lady of the Lake. Usually 3 is good number. Obviously Matta isn't capable of allowing usage of Sihil right away, but a turn later. Sometime it might be 50-50 between Sihil or Blood Eagle. Lady fix that Vabjorn can as well - but slows Sihil growth.
2nd the tutors goal is to thin to 2 or less cards in deck R3 where you'd be able to play Compass for a Skellige legendary of your choice. How you manage them all and not get entangled is part of the challenge and fun honestly haha. Hard to give advices. Consider using Compass just for thin, sadly it can brick some other tutor.
Gerd gives another target for Sihil, because it makes a 1 point siren on opponents side. Feel free to play it proactively or even together with Leader R1, 1st turn if you have Sihil in hand.
The other cards serve the purpose to help with damaging units and helping Sihil growth with the required number.
Pellar purifies and in this garbo meta (already close to year), it's required if you want to interact with other people (even 2 isn't horrible idea). Heatwave for the same reasons. It might not be specifically a must in this meta in particular, but you'd always end up facing some bs that says - "Why didn't I shove it in there".
I had 2 Primal Savagery, instead Spearmaidens, and one Warcrier instead Hunter, but felt that maybe they weren't as decent. Feel free to put a Squirrel if you feel you need graveyard banish instead one of those. Land of Thousand Fables is another card that can get you Sihil - but you probably already seen those versions. It's an alternative.
Sihil is rather easily countered. There is match ups that are quite impossible. Even regular or meta decks can play around it with the cards that are popular.
My results past 3-4 times I played in (EU) Casual (tougher than pro rank - no joke) were mediocre. I am aware deck isn't top tier, omega meta, alpha destroyer of worlds btw. Yesterday was my best day 13-2 (counting previous days it's about 60% win rate).

Have fun! How I don't know. Ask developers.
