Usurper: EmperorHuman, Soldier, Aristocrat

Veil.

Deploy: Spawn an Operative on each enemy row and give them Spying.

Zeal. Order: Seize all Spying Operatives.

Whenever an enemy unit gains Spying, boost self by 1.

There were but two options: wash the blood born of foolish orders or wash the blood of the fool himself. A simple decision really.

Veil: Status that prevents unit from gaining other statuses.
Deploy: Trigger this ability when played.
Spawn: Add a card to the game.
Spying: Status with no additional effect. Can be used by other cards and abilities.
Zeal: An Order ability can be used on the same turn the card is placed on the battlefield.
Order: An ability triggered manually by the player. Cards with Order cannot be used for 1 turn after being placed on the battlefield.
Seize: Move an enemy unit to the opposite row and give it Spying. If it already had Spying, remove Spying instead.
