This is a variant of McBeard’s Pincer Maneuver control deck, adapted to be a Shupe deck for the challenge event! You want to spend your efficient control options during round 1, don’t be afraid to use either Phillipa or Falibor to catch up to your opponent early. We dropped Prince Anseis in order to make the provisions for Shupe, but you can make that change elsewhere if you feel like it. I’ve found that Avallach is a great round 1 or 2 play, as he provides a lot of pressure on your opponent.
Make sure you save your leader ability till round 3, to ensure you draw Shupe. This deck tends to like Shupe Knight, or Shupe Hunter: with the goal usually being to shut down your opponents board.
